Due to the nature of digital educational services, FinanceIQ operates under a no-refund policy for webinar registrations and other digital resources. Once access to our content is granted, refunds will not be issued except under exceptional circumstances outlined below.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled webinar, you may:

Request access to a recorded session of the webinar at no additional cost.
Reschedule your registration to a future webinar of the same category, subject to availability.
Transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

Technical Failures: If a technical issue on FinanceIQ’s side prevents access to the webinar, and no viable alternative (such as a rescheduled session or recorded webinar) is provided.
Duplicate Payment Errors: If a user is mistakenly charged twice for the same registration, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
Event Cancellation: If FinanceIQ cancels a scheduled webinar and cannot offer a suitable replacement, a full refund will be provided.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction and include proof of payment. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. FinanceIQ is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
